Due to the complexities inherent in shipping original artwork, all sales are final and I am unable to accept returns. If you receive a piece that is damaged, missing, or not as described, please contact me promptly so I can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

All artwork, images, paintings, drawings, designs, photographs, text, logos, graphics, and other content displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Art by Mackenzie, unless otherwise stated, and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

STRICT AI PROHIBITION

Unauthorized AI use constitutes willful copyright infringement and may result in legal action, including claims for statutory damages.
